When will my order ship?

In stock items ship within 3-5 business days (M – F). Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the email. 

Rugs, lighting and most larger furniture items may ship directly from the manufacturer. Please check the SHIPPING & RETURNS tab on each product page for estimated lead times on these items.

Occasionally issues arise that may lead to additional shipping time, such as a manufacturer experiencing delay in production. If this happens, you will be notified as soon as Dear Keaton is aware of the delay. If needed, feel free to contact us at to verify stock and availability prior to placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we ship to the continental US (excludes Hawaii and Alaska).

What is the Dear Keaton
return policy?

Dear Keaton does not accept returns or exchanges on hardwire lighting, freight shipped furniture, sale items or gift cards. Rug samples are only eligible for return upon purchase of a full size rug from Dear Keaton. View our full shipping and return policy here.

Do you have a Trade Program?

Yes, we offer product discounts to interior design professionals. Please email for more information. You must provide a copy your business license, resale certificate and business card to qualify.

Is my credit card information protected?

Yes, absolutely. All transactions are secure and encrypted via Stripe payment processing or Paypal. Dear Keaton does not store your payment information. For more on payment security, read our Terms & Privacy Policy here.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express as well as Paypal.

Can my Dear Keaton
purchase be gift wrapped?

Select items are eligible for gift wrapping for a $4.95 charge. This option may be added by selecting the “Add Gift Wrap” check box on eligible product pages. Our lovely gift wrap includes a box, wrapping paper, ribbon and hand written enclosure.
